Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We store your email address and a securely hashed password to operate your account. We store the programs, exercises, weights, repetitions, sets, timers, and workout history you choose to record. You may also save an optional training profile with goals, background, constraints, preferences, and personal notes.

For security and reliable operation, we may process session identifiers, device tokens, IP addresses, browser or device information, and diagnostic logs.

Apple Health

The Apple Watch app can read live heart rate and active energy during a workout and save the completed workout to Apple Health with your permission. Ignara does not send heart-rate or active-energy samples to its servers. You can manage Health access in the Health app or device Settings.

How we use and share information

We use information only to authenticate you, synchronize the phone and Watch experiences, provide workout features, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.

Connected applications you authorize can read or update your training profile according to their granted workout read/write access. You can review and disconnect these applications from Program Setup.

We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites. Service providers may process information only as needed to host and operate Ignara. TestFlight and Apple Health are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, training profile, and workout information while your account is active. You can edit or clear your training profile from Program Setup. You can permanently delete your account and associated training profile and workout data from Program Setup. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups age out.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Ignara is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
