IGNARA

Connect your trainer with Ignara

Let an external assistant plan your training, then record your workouts on your phone or Apple Watch.

Connect your account

  1. Use an existing Ignara account, or sign up.
  2. In a client that supports MCP over HTTP with OAuth, add https://ignara.app/mcp as the server URL.
  3. Sign in on Ignara's authorization page and review the requested permissions. Reading training uses workouts:read; saving changes uses workouts:write.
  4. Ask the assistant to read your program and recent workouts before making changes. Your client discovers the available tools from the server.

What your trainer can do

  • Read completed workouts, set results, and workout or exercise notes.
  • Create and update programs and named workout templates, including exercise composition.
  • Set exact future loads and reps, schedule workouts by date, and move or cancel scheduled sessions.
  • Read and update active workouts, and save or clear feedback notes.

For example: “Review my last two weeks of workouts,” “Move Friday's workout to Saturday,” or “Set my next squat workout to three sets of five at 95 pounds.”

Future planning changes preserve workouts already started or completed. Feedback notes can be edited after completion without changing recorded performance. Your assistant can read the result after you finish and adjust the next workout.

Access and privacy

Authorization is limited to your own Ignara training data. The connection uses browser sign-in and OAuth; no manual API key is needed. This connector does not make payments.

To revoke access, open Connected Applications in Ignara settings and disconnect the client. Removing a connection only from a client does not necessarily revoke its Ignara grant. For help, contact support.

Read the Privacy Policy.

Muse availability

The hosted MCP connection has passed OAuth and saved read/write checks with the official MCP client SDK. Consumer Muse connectivity and directory availability have not yet been verified.
