Help with your account, workouts, iPhone app, or Apple Watch app.
Contact support
Email [email protected] and include what you were trying to do, what happened, and which device you were using. Please do not send your password or other sensitive information.
Account access
You can reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen. If you cannot access the email address associated with your account, contact support.
Connect an external trainer
Read the MCP connection guide to let your assistant read training history and update future workouts through your Ignara account.
Apple Watch and Health
Keep the iPhone and Apple Watch apps installed and signed in, and allow Health access when prompted if you want Ignara to record workouts in Apple Health. Health permissions can be changed later in the Health app or device Settings.
Delete your account
Open Program Setup in Ignara and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated workout data. If you cannot sign in, contact support for help.
